Title: Seafood Cocktail Sauce

| 1 | c | Prepared salsa or ketchup |
| 1 | tb | Horseradish (or dbl. amt.) |
| 1 | tb | Lemon juice |
| 3 | ds | Hot pepper sauce |
This is a basic seafood cocktail sauce, although using salsa in place of ketchup will give it an interesting twist.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together and let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
Makes 1 1/4 Cups
